Hinges are not loose but showing to sewn binding in several places. Binding is solid, spine shifted less than 1/4-inch. Some visible age-toning. Midnight-blue cloth boards with lightly soiled but not worn gilt stamped lettering front and spine, picture pasted cover illustration a bit darkened with age but looking in excellent shape.
