Return Policy

Our policy at Quality Music and Books is very simple:  We accept returns.  Your refund will come back to you  in the manner in which you paid.  If you mailed us a check, we will mail you a check.  If you used a credit card, we will credit your credit card account.  If you sent a money order, we will send you back a money order. 

 

Please do not send cash.

For the safety of your hard-earned dollar, Quality Music and Books asks that you send no cash as payment, and therefore does not refund for returned product with cash.  If you did send us cash, you will receive a check as refund.

 

Refund of Shipping Cost

We will refund your shipping costs paid for you to receive the product.  Return shipping cost refunds are determined upon an individual basis.
